Our timer is the perfect tool to enhance your workouts, allowing you to fully focus on your training without constantly checking the time. It caters to both amateurs and professionals, offering flexibility and customization for various types of workouts. One key advantage of this app compared to others on the App Store is that you don't need to constantly change timer configurations when switching exercises. Simply create and configure your timers once, and easily reuse them multiple times. For more demanding users, you can even compose entire workouts using these timers, all conveniently categorized into groups.

An exciting feature of our timer is its ability to enable location tracking. With this enabled, you can easily view your route and access location-based statistics such as distance, speed, pace, and altitude.

Additionally, our timer supports heart rate training through a Bluetooth LE heart rate monitor. Users can create multiple profiles and seamlessly switch between them. Each heart rate training profile includes all the necessary settings for your training, such as heart rate zones and notification options. During your workout, you'll be notified about your current heart rate and zone, helping you adjust tempo accordingly. You can even select a specific heart rate zone as your target zone. With voice coaching, our timer will provide guidance to help you stay within your desired zone.

The user interface is thoughtfully designed to be clear and readable even from a distance. You'll receive notifications through vibrations, sounds, and text-to-speech voice, eliminating the need to constantly look at the screen for updates on the current interval. Each timer consists of intervals that can be customized with names, durations, colors, and music. Music can also be set for the entire timer.

Furthermore, all of your workout sessions can be saved into a comprehensive history, allowing you to review and analyze your performance.

All timers and workout history can be seamlessly synchronized with iCloud, ensuring accessibility across devices and platforms.
